Possible, I guess, but utterly unlikely.

Like all the other scams that Sierra promotes - and SRGE is the most blatant, but by no means the only one - it's far more likely that an insider is paying Sierra - probably in free shares, which is the currency of scams like ARSC and its new partner-in-crime AFLB - for the gratuitous pimping.
