I appreciate your responding. To emphasize again, I am not trying to attack you by any means, but rather simply trying to vet the information -- and as any journalist learns in journalism 101 (by the way, I'm NOT a journalist!), includes vetting the source to establish credibility.

I can easily respond to each of your points, but the Mods will likely delete my post again, so I won't waste time doing so here. HOWEVER, if you truly are sincere in establishing dialogue, send me a PM and I will be happy to discuss any and all matters with you that way.

And I would love to share a beer with you when this chapter of VRNG's history is completed.

Thank you for your service first and foremost. I intended nothing more than to make sure you did not get into trouble with regulatory authorities. Personally I am a registered securities rep. and occasionally "insider info" gets passed along and it is not a small issue. Reading your post I am still unclear but, it is not my job to monitor this board or you. The monitor deleted my post and I stand corrected if I have done something contrary to the rules of this board. If I did I apologize. It was never my intent to stop any free speech, only to caution, re insider posts.

I accept your invitation for a beer, as I am long many more shares than you. I am hoping for a positive ruling and I have a 5 year window on this stock as I have said on other boards. It is on the spec side of my portfolio but I am adding at these levels, slowly.

I hope you're right. I would love to see them settle. I have been Long Vrng since Last March. Got in at $2.10, have held all my shares hoping to see 10-12PPS. I also agree, there is something wrong with Judge Jackson.I have very little faith in him.
