Receiver's timing is impeccable. Nothing has been settled and we are waiting to see if we don't get knocked out by a round house kick to the temple with a summary judgment. So depending on if we will be going to trial or appealing or whatever else unexpected comes up - its all up in the air. Why NOW?!
