My question is: If this was the plan all along, and trust me, there was a plan and ITS BEING FOLLOWED! To what benefit does James and ATYG recieve by issuing shares at 00005 and then using your major funding to start buying them back at a loss?
ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF:
James is a marketing genius? James is willing to take the hit financially because he knows a buy back would RUN THIS STOCK HIGH?? And in turn he could get future financing that makes sense? Is it possible that someone would be that "smart" or willing to take a chance like that? We are talking big $$$ here IMO for such a small company...

Sounds like a dream to me.. but what other POSSIBLE benefit could he get from issuing shares at 00005 and then using his big funder to start buying them back??? Well increase in PPS of course..
