I'm not sure who this conjecture is intended for. This is really quite simple to understand, involving some very basic math and a rudimentary understanding of economics. At current prices, Asher's future conversions would add about 23-24M shares to the OS, which would still not exceed the AS, but would further deteriorate the share price. I don't think anyone fails to understand this. Do you?
your post about dilution pollution is right on ..as for demand I haven't seen much of it. Thats about normal for the stocks I have seen of this kind. Everyone knows whats gonna happen as you say low demand and dilution is not good.
