My question is, why wouldn't YA GLOBAL just let this thing run up if you all think they want to get PAID? Selling for these levels makes no sense considering where it can go with favorable court decision or settlement. Why mess with selling at this price when even they can cash in BIG if this goes to .05 or more? That would make their holdings worth $34 million. Right now those shares are worth just over $1 mill. Think about it folks. This is just my opinion.
