VRS ahd a VERY LONG history of putting out releases for effect. Until I see it in a filing it is just heresay. If they do in fact spend that money it will mean they will be out of cash that much sooner. Current burn rate based again purely on filings has them out of cash before April. (and that is without the 250K you mention of the new promo campaign they just started)
