According to VRS public filings,PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANYONE'S WORD FOR IT AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF, VRS has spent exactly ZERO dollars on R&D in the last 6 quarters and the quarter before that the number was around $6,000.00. In the same period they spent $700,000 on promotion to artificially inflate their shre price. They have hired two more promo firms in the last month wihich will bring the total spenf on promo close to a million. All other money is spent on inflated salaries, stock based compensation, travel, office etc. NO R&D, NO PRODUCT MARKETING.
