imo, this stays relatively flat until next Mon/Tues. Then it takes off. You'll be patting yourself on the back by the end of next week.

Hey, can't PM, haven't upgraded my account yet.

This stock as traded almost exactly like this before back in '07 to '09, which indicates a large move upward after some consolidation. There's clearly potential for revenue, given the Italian pastic bag ban decree. And CERP has already made the same revenue in all of 2012 just in these first 2 months of 2013.

All this adds up to a pretty clear sign a big move is coming in the next couple of weeks.
