I believe the Slots Parlor did in fact operate for a brief time; a few days or maybe even a week before it was wisely shut down to avoid a conflict with the local government. The issue here is that our management failed to advise us of the issues causing this shut down and we had to learn it from an outside source.

I think the pictures were convincing enough to at least establish that the facility did exist. I also believe that if the parlor did in fact open the few days of operation did show a potential profit.
Another case of a good project gone bad. PB
