they didn't fix anything because they set us up to fail....we had a family emergency and I have been off 3 days with a near death of our daughter and I called dm and asked her to call me here it is 3 days later and she has yet to call....If she does not approve my pto I will file with labor relations and go over her head I have no choice...She treated us very badly on conference call today...can't be treated like this much longer
