Actually, it doesn't matter whether the shares are registered or restricted. The DE law and Judge Reigle's order direct the sale of ANY and all shares marty owns in gosy.

Do you think marty will post a copy of the law and Judge Reigle's order on his web site--so investors can see the whole truth? ROTFLMAO!!!!!!

I believe marty knows his shares will be sold. That's why there's been no filing. Massive dilution. IMO, of course.
