vero: I think there is a general misunderstanding of warrants. The warrants are not debt. These warrants gave NeoMedia to raise capital at $.15 a share. Now they can only exercise 500M shares for a total of $50,000. It essentially values the remaining authorized at $300,000. Is that a step in the right direction?
