I appreciate the information. Two questions: (1) you said in your original post that negotiations had broken down. Are you saying that they will resume on terms favorable to VRNG?

(2) Is there any hint you can give (without revealing your source) how you know this - so that there is some way to draw a conclusion on the likelihood of it happening?
