I have placed an inquiry with the transfer agent about how many shares are currently outstanding, due to the convertible that expired earlier this month. Also noticed Dr. Frost has had a position here since last year, so I left a message with IR (Redchip) to see if they can tell me how Dr. Frost got his shares. I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
With a limit of 15M authorized shares, I'm not that worried about dilution, but am a it curious about these lage trade we're seeing here lately.
In any case, their network of well known "Influencers" from the entertainment industry and their network of first class advertisers.....they look like they are the prominent player in this emerging field of sponsored social media promotions....are bringing in some real revenues from it.....and one could imagine this has the potential to heat up as advertising strategies evolve.
