99% of OTC companies are scams and have no product. At least ELAY is a real company with real products. The only problem that ELAY got was a crook called Bruce Harmon. He is the new Bernie Maddoff the minute he saw the potential of ELAY he jumped and controlled it's vote power. He will play this up and down till the company gets acquired or he gets kicked off or put in jail.
