yes that's why the stock may tank 30-40%. Once on FN they need to issue a detailed explanation of the term, date and recipient... of the dilution. It's quite another ballgame, esp. with the prospectus already detailing the mechanics of growth, so nobody is caught by surprise. Anyway even if they have to sign debt now, life will go on but there will be much fewer bad surprises than in the past that are always badly received by the market.
