There's another 500k sitting at .0008, it wont move unless its bought, or vfin retracts his sell (not gonna happen). Then someone must buy at the next tic up to see a percentage Increase in the sp. I know that is absolutely basic so I hope I understood your question and did not offend. Glta this will move in the near future
