I couldn't agree with you more. I truly wish that Tom had foregone the transparency issue in favor of sales & marketing. But, I do believe he thought it was the foremost objective in establishing legitimacy with RFMK. I also believe that he encountered some serious obstacles created from prior corporate actions as a result of audit. These obstacles are probably what led to holding back the 10k in favor of changing the audited requirements from 2010 - 2011 to 2011 - 2012. We shall see.

What I am waiting for beside transparency is a major break-out in sales and distribution. Tom has had a selected team of professional working for some time without a validation process visible to shareholders. When this happens, I expect a series of events that will bring RFMK to the pinnacle of this sector.

We must also keep in mind that Cheryl not only is spokesperson for RFMK; but, she is extremely visible as a spokesperson for the entire sector. I'll be willing to bet that a number of MMJ public companies are secretly saying "go, Cheryl, go!!".
