I really doubt we'll see a RS. Geert owns 3.5M shares and I don't think we'll see him support that. I'm sure we'll some dilution but I think that's already figured in the PPS.We are alredy buying in around 10% less than the Dec .30 cent offering. Maybe we'll see a slow rise back to .40-.45 before an offering is made again. You never know, they may get a partnership offering from the likes of TEVA and another offering won't be necessary. Either way, .08 to .10 is not going to happen since we are in phasee III and it's likely we'll get a positive update today. Good Luck though and stay tuned.
