i think "her" premonition about the acquisition with active wells is referring to d-bar, which is listed as "in-progress" on the website.

as far as the buyout rumor goes, to me it sounds a bit far-fetched, but if sierra earns her stripes with a closing of d-bar or some other project with "active wells" then i will start to put a lot more credence in every smokin' hot word she whispers... lol
