fantastic i know you and some friends have tracking the count.
can you give me a look at the sell side of level 2,
i'd like to total that up
i might use anything for sale under a penny..

i think you used Anthonys 'new' total
without adding to the O/S 'old' total
35 mil/shrs

and id have to know more about the item,

it is possible that past insiders continue to buy and hold.
i could see if up to 250 mil shrs are 'spread out' among them.

or maybe its possible one or both of the 2 accreditted investors
has since sold, lets say one third, 130 mil/shrs..

i would need that info to be more sure..

still not much wiggle room, FOR SURE!!!!!!

about 130 mil is the most i would add to
your revised total

that would take out a few of the MM's on the first run, imo

its quite possible Gregg opted out
for exactly that reason, not enough shares for the rest
of his deal.
