Very interesting theory - My best recollection was that this guy has been gone since before 2002. PBLS was quite a different company then, but sure he had shares. How long could someone like this be bound to restriction, or pre-planned sale dates etc.... If it's been that long then maybe he's been desperate to get them for quite some time....thus selling now. OR what if this guy, or lets say any long term large holder is going through a nasty divorce and have been court ordered to sell (asset liquidation?). That could explain (in a funny way) why someone knowing the future potential would have no choice but to liquidate now.
