I e-maild Rich Brown and implored him to make clear to Frank and Rene that the value of QBID hinges on good corporate governance, which includes honesty, transparency, filing and reporting, an independent board, etc. Rich replied that 'He's trying.' I think Rich is as frustrated and disappointed as we are at those two scumbags. The audit 'certification process' is such a silly charade, one more idiotic stunt by this dubious duo.
