The DEF-14A filing is likely coming next week. Hopefully the market doesn't freak out about it, even though its pretty much the same thing.

Actually, I think the low (before the next leg up) is either going to be tomorrow, or next Mon/Tues.

Patience may be the key to catch the lowest prices for the foreseeable future. But, when isn't it? :)
