the streak, on your question from earlier on L2.... As for the changes on the Bid/Ask, that is dictated by the general Marketplace such as you and I along with MM's that also exchange shares amongst themselves. It is constantly changing as we all know and see. At times during the day you will see that L2 is not completely 100% accurate. That can be the result of a very highly traded stock and sometimes the Orders end up not showing up before they are executed. Also, at times some MM's do not show their trades until after the Close which is sometimes why we will see a Pneeny Stock is up or down after the Close. Being Pennies do not trade after Market or pre Market, those trades you see at the end of the Day after the Close are called T Trades and are trades which happened during the trading day but the MM's are first posting them after the Close. Those type trades can also affect what we see on L2 during the day if they are first reported not till after the Close. Hope this helps you out.
