If according to Kelly Leaks Post...

That PBLS is going to buy back shares and has not started yet,
but will in the next few days and the intent is to get
on a bigger board...

#1 there will be less chance for M&M control,
#2 PBLS will take over more control of the PPS as they start accumulating the shares
#3 if the goal is the bigger board, wouldn't they take the PPS as far North as possible to qualify for the larger board?

If so, and these are the facts, why would anyone predict
sub-pennies?

I would think if they timed it right, about the time they have bought back 2/3rd's of the 100m float, we'll start hearing about BIG Local Contracts. That being the case, we'll benefit greatly from the PPS we expected it to be a long time ago.

Does this make sense, or is it just me?

Anyone have a period idea of period od time it will take / is planned to re-purchase the 100m shares???
