While I agree this case is very disheartening...and my heart goes out to the families of both involved....If I was sitting outside with my children in the backyard, and a person regardless of age walked passed us through our backyard, you better believe the cops would be called instantly.....even if a person walked through without a gun....the cops would be called for tresspassing....plain and simple.....
