The new restricted shares he would be giving out wouldn't be able to be converted for 6-12 months. So we are fine until then.

Today we have seen 125 mill in volume already. It won't be long before these conversions are done.

Does anyone know the A/S?

I asked about the issuance of anymore shares, which brought us to the subject matter of restricted shares. The CEO said any new partnerships would involve restricted shares and again reiterated that the CD flush we're currently undergoing is it for now. Frankly, all I'm concerned with is the debt at hand (what's due now)...don't care about debt that may or may not come due in 6months-1 year. For those of us buying low/mid trips on NSAV, we should reap a nice pop once Asher is done. I'm not here for wedded bliss. GLTU!
