He said, that Asher was in the midst of dumping their last note..when they're done (expect a few days), he will issue a PR. He reiterated several times that once they get Asher off the books, NSAV would be debt free. He did state that the 10k would be filed in March, but I expect a Pr before then. Anyway, the 10k will only show the balance sheet as of December 31 2102, unless he decides to add something pertaining to the debt in the subsequent events section. A PR pertaining the debt free status of NSAV, deals in the works (overall company update) is what I'm expecting to see hitting the news wires here soon.

Best to have your ticket punched before the news hits the wires though...don't wanna end up like this guy...
