not quite true...... unless 75% of the holders agree in writing to sell there would have to be a egm to attempt to ratify an offer. about a months(21 days?) notice is required to all shareholders for aN EGM.i PERSONALLY do not believe THAT EITHER VPLM OR INDIVIDUAL PATENTS will BE sold. nmr
