MM's can and do short these Pinky's even down to .00001's. Mm's can and do use a 100 buy to whack the PPS back down. MM's can and do stall the price to shake investor confidence and try to force them sell for cheaper than what they paid for it. MM's can and do enter your buy at a cheaper price (esp when you use market orders) to make it look like the price is declining when it's not. MM's can and do create shares and borrow shares to sit on the bid to prevent the PPS from going up. MM's can and do profit if a Pinky goes bankrupt cause that's shares that don't have to be covered. And the list goes on.... BUT you knew that already. GL
