Evidence of REVO's paid Promo, MoneyMad, as requested.

On the other hand, there is a brand-new paid promotion in support of REVO stock launched shortly after the end of yesterday's session (March 2012). As it is, an unrelated third party has paid ElitePennyStock.com an initial compensation of $25 thousand for a comprehensive profile of REVO, thus suggesting that the campaign stands a great chance of immediate renewal.

That's just one example. There are more. Do some DD, and find them yourself.

There are disreputable reasons for going public, MoneyMad.

Believe it or not, public companies are used to take money from gullible players who don't do adequate DD.
Your view, repeated below, is true of some companies.

Why even go public and issue shares?? Hmmm... I think to sell stock to fund the business to grow and expand!! Very simple!!

But the truth is that REVO does not fit that simple model.

REVO started out by issuing shares. All of the money raised from investors was lost. Then REVO went public.

When it went public there was no open issue of shares to investors. The company issued convertible shares (at an average pps below $0.005) to cronies of Rainco to pay off already incurred debt. Money from these 'public' issues was not used to develop the business.

That is why, despite going public, issuing shares, and receiving investor funds, REVO has produced nothing , has not grown and has not expanded. Look at the accounts. The convertible debt is shown for all to see.
