They do not appear to be getting any outside supplier support that is vital to any chance for success. Like for example the outstanding producers of tethered balloons who contacted them months ago. That company had excellent electronics equipment experience as well. Further, their connections with the military is extensive. All the things SEFE needs and what do they have now? Nothing! I hope Mark Ingram's patent assignment had a strong non-performance provision in it so he can pull them away from SEFE and look elsewhere. His being an attorney as well I have to assume he has it well covered. Sefe's time to perform is up.
