Ok that would make it real. Not sure what has happened since then, the shell was dormant until revived by Norris Harris around 2005? He didn't ever drill a single well but would assume spent more money. After that starting in 2008 I think it's was turned over to Belmont Partners there is an 8k about it, them to Min@mar (there is some interesting lawsuit stuff between the two entities on Pacer.gov). You have the rest, no real operating business since Norris Harris's KING.
