Chad, I would say there are 3 people on here who really understand the business well. Who have studied the numbers, well, basically everything. That's Treit, Viking and myself. There are probably more but they don't post as much, or prefer to keep a low profile, whatever.

Anyway, it may not have occured to you, but despite the fact that we are really 3 different types, with our own methods and approaches, we are in constant agreement when it comes to any financial metric, dilution, shareholder value etc.

You know what we want. Should I have to repeat everything that has been discussed here over the past 9 months? I Don't think so.
I expect you to do your job and provide feedback to management. That is all. Thank you.

I think it's the role of IR to advise its clients, not just parrot.
I think that direct questions deserve direct and applicable answers, not repetitive, homogenized, narrow, replies, of a personally defensive nature.

If you can defend the marginal return on funds from new share issuance as accretive or even beneficial, go for it.

Otherwise, is it looked upon favorably in your industry for a company representative to post on a public forum; most particularly when he arouses the predictable responses you've gotten here.

How is this helping SIAF?
