the POL is wrong blah blah blah.. they are trying to cokblok UWB from receiving ANY type of payment, that way when the FDIC/OCC loses in DC, and they are forced to pay UWB, they will say "but wait! they are not allowed to receive any form of payment, so we cannot pay them"
the FDIC wants to take all the incoming money from the bank. reason: they were seized and we own them!
the FDIC doesnt want to pay off the debts of the bank. reason: we own them but not their debt, they can keep those obligations!
FDIC wants to have cake and eat it too. they want all free incoming cash, but they dont want to approve a plan to pay off debtors. the bank is trying to do the right thing, once again. pay off its debts and shareholders. pull the wool off your eyes people.
