Agreed on all counts, EC. Nothing changed, in all reality. In fact, the FDIC basically flipped their cards over for all to see. This is essentially their last argument.
My post last night was AFTER I had already read the filing. In particular, Exhibit B is a classical example of the absolute professionalism exhibited by Harvey Sender and BuckleySandler.
Danny boy isn't getting any cheap shares because I READ the entire filing and have read almost ALL of the filings up to date. We all know what we are dealing with in a Zero or Hero situation (notice, it is not a PLAY, imo).
I'm impressed with the strength of the holders here. Something I haven't seen in a LONG TIME.
