This is my metaphor for explaining the price action:
Imagine a massive roulette wheel that once spun, takes months to come to a stop. Bettors have placed their bets on "Black" and are waiting, waiting, waiting for the wheel to stop. No one has knowledge when the wheel will stop or where the ball will land. However, with this particular wheel, the longer it spins the better the odds of landing on "Black." While waiting, some become impatient. They want to move over to the blackjack table for faster results. They cannot pick up their bets off the table once the wheel has spun. So they sell their placed bet to another bettor for a discount. Every now and then the croupier announces that the wheel may be stopping soon. When others hear this they rush back to the table. The cycle repeats until the wheel comes to a stop.
We have placed our bets. Wait for the wheel to stop.
