I have been holding for almost 2 years now, and accumulating.

I don't want to get too excited, but I feel like we might be quitting our day jobs soon...

With the recurring revenue, I wonder if they would go with a dividend? I am getting ahead of myself.

The 10-k is due March 30.

The Sec now considers a company's web site release of news (or even a blog post on a web site), as qualifying for the public release of news. I've seen this done by several companies lately...releasing news via an 8-k plus their web site and avoiding spending the $500 or so on newswire fees.

Still no newswire release....so I assume this may be what ECOS is doing? This leaves no news for MB's to publish as they pick news up from the news services.

We may not see anything additional from ECOS on this?

The January 6 date on the web site is quite a mystery though?
