On February 7 2012 Hudson Bay and Sander Gerber went into agreement with Fuse, at that time there where 114,728,501 outstanding shares. Fuse's last SEC filing stated their outstanging shares at over 181 million, the additional shares led to the decrease in the overall percentage of Hudson Bay and Mr. Gerber holdings.
