Monkey, great point, and all longs..

should look at what you say CAREFULLY. you are correct when you ask, WHO IS SELLING...and yes, someone is selling into each PR. my thought is that the company itself is selling at each PR to raise capital.

I also bet ya that there is not the immense buying pressure that there used to be, therefore the company will buy back cheaper shares and watch the PPS grow....new money will be brought into the game, and then the selling will occur again.

just my thoughts...the company is not as PURE as we want to believe IMO........

but is that a bad thing? we are in the Pinks, and if that is all i can say about the company, im ok with it.

Monkey I totally believe it is mm manipulation.What phoenix has done will help imensley.This is part of their overall plan.Investors should like that they have a plan.I know as a business owner I already know my plans through 2006.So does Phoenix.Here is a scenario for you based on lots of contact/dd.Lets say the mm's were short bigtime and they were before the first run up from under .01 range to .135.They never covered fully thus the big drop from were we should be trading today.Calculate in your mind how many shares they could have been short under .01.They are still caught even at these levels.What happen today puts even more pressure on them.They are trying to cover as low as possible.The thing is between smart longs and what the company is doing they will not win this time.Just a longterm evaluation of all my dd both fundamentally/technically.Longs and phoenix wins this battle over next 6 months.In the mean time mm's will try to save their azz.Thats a fact.Bob

I think there may have been some restricted shares becoming unrestricted recently. The buyback will absorb this hopefully, as well as the company perhaps preemptively buying back more restricted shares to keep them from hitting the market.

75-150 million shares being sold by all those that owned at 1/2 a penny, and 100-400 million shares the company could be selling. Not to mention naked shorts and counterfeit shares. We need to get off the pinks
