The assumption that the Company has issued shares above its authorized has been borne by this forum by individuals attempting to "do math" without all the information. The information you are requesting is reported in the annual report.

Nah, that's 100% wrong Chad. This theory didn't come from somehow doing the math or speculating about it or from creating fear as you like to call it. It's black and white in the filings which I immediately showed to the board.

An 8k filing showed up in the last few weeks which clearly stated that there were 98 million O/S as of december5. The the recent 8k stated that there were 3.6 million shares given out on december21.

So do not tell me all this speculation nonsense, the company is responsible for all the non information, the company is responsible for acting like a scam for the last 2 years, the company is responsible for a gazillion typos in the filings, the company is responsible for double the planned dilution over the last 2 years, the company is responsible for being silent all the time. Don't act like the board here is responsible for any of these things.

I realize the company is not you and I never said that. Still it's your IR duty to tell management to stop acting like a scam and to provide information to the public especially while your stock is trading at a PE of 0.5!! That's ridiculous beyond end. I have no clue how you can enjoy to be IR of a company which clearly 98% of the people think is a scam.

I do not know how else to explain it.

How about, "The company is well aware of limiting its outstanding share count to the shares authorized. The annual report will detail shares cancelled or retired in 2012. Any conclusion that does not include that information is not valid, nor does it give proper weight to the company understanding its regulatory obligations."

Even that is watered down, but is not quite so indecisive.

A full and reasonable explanation of the reasons behind the share issuance would also be nice, and in the FAQ section of the web site would be fine.

It's natural that shareholders discuss what quite reasonably appears the prime determinant of share price, and a very significant determinant of eps. It would be great for the company if the shareholders talked about, and promoted the company's fundamental operations instead.

I would think it a valid -- if not prime -- responsibility of IR to suggest proper messages to management, rather than simply respond, especially if it is a US traded Chinese company with extremely time consuming businesses.
