Rainer accomplished exactly what he was suppose to.. why people think he ever cared about shareholders is beyond me..

his only fault was not hiring pros to promote the stock enabling him to sell shares at higher prices.. instead he relied on an amateur paid poster, hence dismal disastrous results..
