Only investors who didn't or don't know about Neomedia's finacnial situation consider a MSFT deal a marker. For the rest the goal has always been the pay-off of YA and consequently the end of dilution. Deals with MSFT could then bring the pps to unprecedented levels. Since we reversed the order we can expect a very steep climb once YA is out of the picture. I'm just worried about the massive amount of shares in the market. Often companies somehow manage to scew over SH in a situation like this.
rw: NeoMedia has not yet announced that they are self-sufficient. Why not give her the chance to do that? Jumping the gun will take the steam out if any PPS climb when it is announcement.
As she has since 2011, she will actually use the term "self-sufficient" when the time comes.
Rwandrw I for one have been beaten senseless by ongoing good news & continued dramatic slide due to dilution. The only way I write Laura & thank her for anything would be for a serious gain in PPS & I'm yalking well over a penny. Any other company sign with Microsoft they would have headed north & not looked back.
rwandrw-'anyone here ever think to send Laura a "Hey great job" email ??' You surely jest. Roses too, what color? Yes, a milestone, but the share price is still back 96% (give or take 2%) since her tenure began, there is a hell of a long way to go to get people whole and wholesome.
