i figured so, looks like we're on the same page. otherwise, why would the audit news push this thing a week after? its essentially moving high on no news, which tells me its insider activity building something big.

The reasons for latest almost 43,000,000 share increase in the O/S can be spun to mean whatever anyone wants it to be. No one here knows what the 43 million new shares were issued for, and it doesn't change the fact that the company continues to dilute and now 704,601,507 share O/S continues to close in on the A/S of 950,000,000.
