Take a look at this new company merging with APCX. They put up a new website. I have not been able to link the new director Jeff Theberge to this other company. I'm not sure why they placed him as CEO of APCX....maybe just for the merger? (A pawn for Ottens...LOL) Also as I pointed out before, there is a new corporation filed with Florida called Apptech Merger Corp. Jeff Theberge is titled as CEO/director there too and Otten's is in the initial filing with Florida SOS.
APCX still working it! One can only hope for a really good pump here because this still looks like it's setting up for a new round of dilution IMO.
