RadTechnician, thanks for the post, very informative. After taking a few hours to digest all this from BW, the thing that keeps nagging at me is the share structure needs to be reduced (given buyback potentially postponed) regardless of the 'vehicle' approach taken and a minimum share price of $4.00/share to up-list to Nasdaq can this be accomplished without doing the dreaded R/S? GLTA we might be needing a whole bunch!
