By the permit language, JBI can only use plastic that is bound for a land fill.

How are they able to have Gaylord boxes full of Entec resins? Why are they advertising on at least one site to buy recycled plastics?

One important point here is what it costs to sort and handle the waste plastic and who is to pay for it. This is really unknown at this stage but we will know in a few months. The numbers may be very different when it comes to the RKT waste plastic I assume.
