Kenactiv means almost nothing to you. With old OPHI shareholders reduced down to only 3 percent, the amount of revenue means very little in way of dollar appreciation to your limited number of shares.
Kenactiv basically bought the "shell" shares for $230,000 per year (for 3 years via Billy's and Alan's employment contracts). Total cost of shell is $720,000 pay over 3 years.
Legally, I don't know how Billy and Alan got away with issuing 97% newly minted shares to vote for the merger. Seems to me this effectively cut out all shareholder rights to long time faithfuls (in exchange for free money to themselves).
